Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Curiouskey, we aim for you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, we’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition—unopened, undamaged, and free from any markings.
  • Products sold as sets or multi-packs must be returned in their entirety.
  • Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned.

Return Shipping
For online purchases, Curiouskey will cover the cost of return shipping.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Important Considerations

  • Returned items must be in their original condition. Products with signs of wear, damage, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional fees.
  • If the return is due to a defective product, TAMMARA UGAS LLC will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
  • For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • TAMMARA UGAS LLC reserves the right to inspect returned products to ensure compliance with our policy.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please Note:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Curiouskey is not responsible for any lost shipments.
  • Approved returns will be provided with a prepaid return label. Please follow the instructions and return all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary items.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your request. Approval is at TAMMARA UGAS LLC’s discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
